System Integration Technician
00Associate Degree in Electronic or
Mechanical Engineer (or experience equivalent), and at least 5 years
related work experience. Must have mechanical assembly skills, the
ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical
schematics, and some background in electronics (both analog and
digital). Must be capable of reviewing PCB layouts, aiding prototype
electronics assembly, system testing and trouble-shooting; and be
familiar with engineering documentation, specifications and
requirements. Aerospace grade harness making abilities is required. Must
be familiar with lab instruments and basic PC skills in windows, office
and the Internet. Experience with military EO sensor suites and control
systems, along with good soldering skills, is desired. The individual
will support engineering personnel with electronic and mechanical
packaging along with software testing, development and manufacturing.
Will build prototype PCBs, customer cabling, and sensor packages. Will
help evaluate software and system performance including
verification/test activities. Will create part lists, configuration
bills of materials and engineering documents, and support parts
purchases. Must be able to review such documents for accuracy and
finalize for release. Will support marketing demonstrations, and
manufacturing training, troubleshooting, and product/process control.
Will help analyze performance, recommend solutions, and assist in
document revisions. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a

RF Technician

RF circuitry, digital circuitry and general analog circuitry. The
individual will be responsible for the alignment, test and repair of

Exceptional manual dexterity is required to handle semiconductor wafer
products on the process line in a clean room environment. The individual
will set up, operate and perform minor cleaning maintenance on semiconductor
processing equipment; inspect semiconductor wafer products with microscopes
and other precision measuring equipment; and will accurately record data
in computers and logbooks. This is a second shift position. Flexible

HVAC Specialist
00HS Diploma, Technical School or Trade Training desired, and 3-5 years
experience in repair and maintenance of industrial/ commercial HVAC
systems. Must be able to work from electrical and mechanical
blueprints, schematics, and sketches of all kinds, verbal, written and
CMMS instructions. The individual will, under general supervision,
perform tasks relative to the operation, maintenance and repair of
heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. The individual may
perform other maintenance duties in lower classification as assigned.
Responsible for quality of work, care of tools and removal of waste and
surplus after completing work. The starting hourly wage is $20.09, which
changes to $20.34 after a 45-day probationary period, at which time the
individual is eligible for benefits, which includes Tuition
Reimbursement. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security

Test Technician
002 year Technical Degree in Electronics. Good written and oral
communications required. Must be capable of reading and interpreting
detailed electrical and mechanical drawings as well as testing and
troubleshooting delicate electronic assemblies. The individual will
perform testing operations on various programs; assist with calibrated
equipment tracking and chemical disposal; generate data from test sets
using a computer; maintain program related databases; and individual

EMI Test Technician
00Two years technical school or Military
equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience in a working environmental
or EMI laboratory, as well as a working knowledge of computers are
required. Experience with Excel and Word are desired. The individual
must be able to solve problems, work independently and function
effectively in a team and will set up and conduct EMI/environmental
tests using detailed test procedures and automated test systems with
test engineer support and collect and assimilate data for test

Maintenance Technician
00Second shift, with an AS degree in Electronics or equivalent level of
experience and/or training. Ten plus years fab / semiconductor equipment
maintenance experience, as well as knowledge of vacuum, mechanical and
electrical systems is required. The individual will perform scheduled
and unscheduled maintenance on fab manufacturing equipment (Photo, Etch,
Metals, Acid/Solvent decks, Sputters, Bonders, Ion Millers and other fab
tools); troubleshoot and repair down equipment; work with the Equipment
Maintenance group to develop PMs, PM schedules, spares inventory,
peer-to-peer training and tool specs to improve and increase equipment
uptime; and work with vendors, field service and technical
representatives. Other responsibilities and expectations will include
reading and interpreting schematics or drawings, following detailed
written instructions pertaining to the rebuild and repair of water
fabrication equipment, and knowledge of LOTO protocol, proper chemical
handling and understanding MSDS (material safety data sheets).

maintenance support directly to the FPA Labs including vacuum pump and
chiller maintenance, DI & RO water system monitoring, chemical disposal,
administering spares inventory, interfacing for calibration, maintaining
all FPA Lab equipment parts clean contracts and activity with support
vendors, environmental control in the FPA Cleanroom Labs, creating and
maintaining preventative maintenance checklist files, maintaining
equipment documentation. Work will require use of a computer based

DPA Technician

use Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of basic electronics and/or
